Description: Enter a description
The first row of input data is three integers separated by spaces, which represent the grid row number n, column number m and column C where the robot is located at the initial time (starting from the left most side of the grid, counting with 1 as the benchmark). The number of rows and columns per grid does not exceed 20. Next are n-line instructions, which contain only N, s, e and W. there is no space between all instructions.
If the robot can walk out of the grid, the output is "out" plus the number of steps required to walk out of the grid; if the robot enters the loop and cannot walk out of the grid, it outputs "loop" and the steps taken before entering the loop.
